By placing an order with Royce Heritage Ltd, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions:

You may browse our web site without registering and purchase products via our website as a registered customer or you can checkout as a guest. When you register as an online customer, your username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to create a password. You are entirely responsible for all actions taken under your username, whether by you or by any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are as accurate and possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible – we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All photographs, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on the website and any description, photograph or illustrations contained in Amaia's website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices shown on the Site are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP, Euro or US Dollar price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error. Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order are accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, Euros or US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order - on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided)
